Carolin Amann

Carolin Amann advises corporates from German Mittelstand to DAX on all aspects of strategic corporate communications and CxO positioning, financial communications, and investor relations. She has a particular focus on advising during special situations such as mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, and restructurings. Furthermore, she advises on demanding crisis situations, including cyberattacks, product recalls and fraud.

Carolin has more than 15 years of communications expertise, and prior to joining the group in 2007, she held in-house positions covering the full range of corporate communications and investor relations. Ms. Amann developed a particular focus on the financial services and private equity, automotive and industrial, healthcare, and retail and consumer sectors.

Carolin holds a Master of Arts from Konstanz University. In addition, she is a Certified Investor Relations Officer (“CIRO”) of Frankfurt School of Finance & Management and DIRK and a certified foundation manager of European Business School.
