Dwight has more than 20 years experience helping companies and their executive teams tell their story and make their mark with target stakeholders, at every juncture of a company’s life cycle – start-up, scale up, grown up and exit.

Over the past two decades, Dwight Burden has been a trusted advisor to CEOs, CFOs and Boards. For the first 13 years, Dwight worked in investment banking with various roles in equity sales and corporate broking. Over the following eight years, Dwight helped businesses across the UK and Europe navigate corporate communication and financial media challenges, as well as helping Investor Relations teams create and run best practise functions.

Working with companies that have scale and global footprints has provided Dwight with an extensive skill set. For example, he has experience in areas such ESG best practise, shareholder activism, Board remuneration, cross-border M&A, crisis communications, IPOs and exits, bond issuance and private funding rounds. Dwight co-leads the London TMT Strategic Communications team.
