Elizabeth McKee is a Managing Director and serves as the Leader of Human Resources for the Corporate Finance & Restructuring segment, with a focus on partnering with and advising business professionals in all areas of human capital. Ms. McKee has more than 20 years of human resources experience and is a contributing member of the firm’s Human Resources Leadership Team.
Ms. McKee leads the Corporate Finance & Restructuring team’s efforts in defining and executing human capital strategies, implementing human capital initiatives, talent development and performance management, talent planning and workforce management, compensation planning and implementation, HR analytics and reporting, employee relations and staffing.
Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Ms. McKee was the U.S. Human Resources leader of the Business Recovery Services practice (“BRS”) at PricewaterhouseCoopers (“PwC”), where she was responsible for various areas of human capital, including facilitating the transition of the practice’s professionals to FTI Consulting, which acquired PwC’s BRS group in 2002. Ms. McKee began her HR career as the Midwest Region HR and Finance Director of PwC’s Dispute Analysis & Corporate Recovery group, where she was instrumental in developing and implementing a capabilities-based performance management model.
In addition, Ms. McKee worked for more than six years serving clients of PwC’s Management Consulting Litigation & Reorganization group, in the areas of bankruptcy and dispute analysis, and at Peterson & Co. Consulting, where she conducted analyses primarily related to lost profits and government contracts.
Ms. McKee holds a B.S. in Economics, magna cum laude, from Santa Clara University and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. She is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management.
