Jeff Herzka is a Senior Director at FTI Consulting, and a member of the Trial Services practice in the Forensic & Litigation Consulting segment. Mr. Herzka is based in Delaware and joined FTI Consulting with more than 17 years of experience in the presentation of electronic evidence. Mr. Herzka has worked on more than 175 trials, arbitrations, hearings, mediations and mock trials in his career.

Mr. Herzka has assisted clients in the preparation and presentation of evidence prior to and during mediations, arbitrations, jury trials, bench trials, and hearings before State and District Courts around the country, as well as the International Trade Commission and the Chancery Court of Delaware. Mr. Herzka has also assisted clients in hearings before the SEC, PCAOB, FINRA and various State Attorney General offices.
