Joanne Blades is a Director in the Economic & Financial Consulting practice. Her experience spans a range of areas in finance and economics having worked in government, academia and consulting.

JoAnne’s areas of expertise include:

During Joanne's years as a consultant, she has developed a strong specialism in economic regulation, working with over 20 regulated businesses in the energy, water, rail, ports and airports sectors. This has involved assisting with regulatory strategy, submission preparation and cost of capital advice.
