Josep Que specializes in strategy definition, business transformation, business planning and organization transformation. He brings close to 20 years of consulting experience in the telecommunications industry supporting C-level clients on advisory projects in the Middle East, Africa, Western Europe, South America and Asia.

Mr. Que has extensive experience varying from start-ups in Brazil and India to strategy-related projects for key European telecommunications operators. He spent almost 10 years working exclusively with telecom operators in the Middle East, Africa and Asia preparing them for the next wave of opportunities expected to be seen in the unique markets they operate in and addressing challenges in a rapidly transforming industry. 

Mr. Que was part of the leadership team at Delta Partners, the Telecom, Media & Technology (“TMT”) strategy consulting and investment banking boutique now integrated into FTI Consulting's TMT practice. Prior to joining Delta Partners, Mr. Que was a principal at The Node Company, an innovation strategy consulting firm based in Barcelona, where he was involved in growth strategy projects for multinational companies in the telecommunications industry. Mr. Que also worked at Oliver Wyman (then DiamondCluster) for seven years focusing on the telecommunications projects across Europe, the Middle East and Asia. 

Mr. Que is fluent in English, Spanish and Catalan and has a working knowledge of Portuguese and Italian.

• Setup the digital enterprise unit of a Middle Eastern operator

• Define the B2B & ICT organization for multiple telecom players

• Develop the company strategy and business planning for several operators in Western Europe and Middle East

• Performance improvement analyses for CEO office of major Gulf telecom operator

• Develop the commercial strategy for several mobile operators in Western Europe and Middle East

• Lead the revamp of the indirect sales channels in an incumbent operator in the Middle East

• Acting Marketing Director for a mobile operator

• Manage the launch office unit in several start-ups in Middle East, Western Europe, South America & Asia

• Within the launch office scope, coordinate the network roll-out of several start-ups
