Leslie Gowdish is a Senior Director in FTI Consulting’s Construction Solutions practice and is based in Dallas, Texas. Mrs. Gowdish has more than 10 years of experience in designing, developing and implementing systems focused on engineering and construction related projects. Her experience spans a variety of industries including mining, oil & gas, water resources, and infrastructure as well as key disciplines such as project management, project controls, engineering and geographic information systems (“GIS”).

Ms. Gowdish is a subject matter expert in Primavera Unifier enterprise project life cycle management and Hexagon EcoSys enterprise cost management system with extensive knowledge of Biological Engineering and the ability to leverage standards and processes across all aspects of project and portfolio management. She has a proven track record with the consistent delivery of consulting engagements across industries ranging from local utilities companies to multinational Fortune 100 clients. Mrs. Gowdish is certified as a Primavera Unifier Implementation Professional, Aconex Certified and has training in Hexagon EcoSys Configuration.

In addition to consulting on processes and technology, Ms. Gowdish has enabled technology adoption by planning, leading, and executing Organizational Change Management and Training activities. This includes rolling out Primavera Unifier to more than 500 cross-functional users and nearly 100 Hexagon EcoSys users across multiple Operating Areas.

Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Ms. Gowdish was a Senior Business Analyst and Program Manager with Williams Energy where she was responsible for the delivery of Project Management Information System implementations including Oracle Primavera Unifier and Hexagon EcoSys EPC. She was also a Senior Consultant with Faithful+Gould and Atkins where she worked with clients to improve their project delivery through process improvement and technology enablement.

Ms. Gowdish holds both a B.S. and Ph. D. in biological engineering from the University of Florida where she gave her dissertation on An Improved Green-Ampt Soil Infiltration and Redistribution Method and Its Application to 1-Dimensional and Quasi 3-Dimensional (Point Source) Flow Domains. She has also presented and written numerous papers for organizations such as the World Environmental and Water Resources Congress, the American Society of Agricultural and Biological Engineers, and the American Water Resources Association.
