Matthew Leshy has over 15 years of healthcare experience working for children’s hospitals, large integrated networks, consultancies, and managed service firms. His expertise focuses on technology, strategy and the revenue cycle. His focus is to guide clients through digital transformation journeys, focusing on the changing environmental landscape, applied technologies and strategic relationships.
Mr. Leshy has served as a senior leader of a multi-billion-dollar managed services firm, leading product development. Through this experience, he has refined valuable understanding of the importance of cost and return. He is experienced in leading large multi-national teams, small tactical groups, and global vendors with excellent results. He served as a C-Level executive, strategic advisor and has led engagements resulting in HFMA MAP (revenue cycle) awards.
Mr. Leshy specializes in leading teams that: Implement transformational technology; improve revenue cycle operations; and identify and obtain strategic objectives for complex healthcare organizations.
Additionally, Mr. Leshy served as the leader of health system-based departments, such as Information Technology and Decision Support Services, and mentored numerous staff to enhance technical, analytical and professional skills. He has served many executives, capitalizing on his experience and expertise from multiple perspectives in healthcare; as a provider, as a market leading vendor, and as a trusted advisor.
Mr. Leshy holds his B.S. in Business from Miami University and his M.H.S.A. in Healthcare from Xavier University.
