Michael Berkin is an experienced financial advisor who specializes in assisting clients with reviewing and developing reorganization and business plans, valuing complex business assets, performing forensic financial investigations and providing litigation support. Mr. Berkin has more than 20 years of experience in restructuring advisory, interim management, litigation support, accounting and audit, as well as extensive experience in the financial service and not-for-profit sectors. He has industry expertise in financial institutions.

Before this, he was a Managing Director at a restructuring advisory boutique where his responsibilities included assisting creditors in evaluating strategic, operating and restructuring plans, analyzing claims and developing proposals to maximize creditor recoveries.
