Philip L. Brady specializes in providing tax consulting, structuring and compliance services to a broad range of real estate clients, including publicly held real estate investment trusts, real estate opportunity funds, and privately owned real estate investment and development companies.
Mr. Brady also has been instrumental in providing tax consultation for private equity and real estate funds involved in corporate reorganizations, distressed debt restructuring, and merger and acquisition transactions.
Most recently, Mr. Brady served as Chief Financial Officer/Tax Director of a privately held real estate development and investment firm in South Florida. Prior to that, he was a Tax Partner in the Financial Services Industry Group at Deloitte & Touche’s New York office where he specialized in the real estate, securities and banking industries, working with public companies, buyout/opportunity funds, broker-dealers and other financial firms.
