Reemal Madlani is a financial analyst, specializing in valuation issues arising from litigation and arbitration, advising on the valuation of shares, businesses and other assets, and the quantification of lost profits.

Reemal manages and directs engagements to prepare expert reports and to support testifying experts before courts and arbitration tribunals in various jurisdictions. His experience includes advice in shareholder, post-acquisition, contractual and matrimonial disputes, as well as other non-contentious matters.

During Reemal’s 14 years’ experience, he has worked on projects across many industries including energy, heavy industrials, hospitality, real estate development and telecoms. In addition to UK projects, Reemal has worked on matters involving various African countries, Germany, Eastern Europe, India, and the Middle East. He has also undertaken projects for and alongside colleagues in FTI Consulting’s Corporate Finance, Forensic and Litigation Consulting, and Construction Solutions practices globally.

Reemal has assisted in the preparation of reports for submission to the UK Courts, the CAT, as well as to ICC, ICSID, DIAC, DIS and LCIA tribunals, and tribunals convened under the UNCITRAL rules.

Reemal is a Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA) Charterholder and is a member of the Research Analysts and Value Investing special interest groups of the UK CFA Society. He holds a degree in Economics from the University of Warwick, having also completed two semesters of study at the LMU in Munich.

Reemal was formerly a consultant in the financial advisory services practice at LECG until FTI Consulting acquired it in March 2011.
