Ruth F. Haile is a Senior Managing Director and national co-leader of the Trial Services practice in FTI Consulting’s Forensic & Litigation Consulting segment and is based in Los Angeles. She also provides operations leadership for the Forensic and Litigation Consulting practice. Results have been achieved throughout her career in highly competitive and rapidly-changing environments through proven strengths in strategic planning, leading teams to deliver business objectives, problem-solving, implementing systemic process improvements, interface management and developing organization capability through recruiting, training and developing people.
Prior to joining FTI Consulting in 2000, Ms. Haile was employed by Procter & Gamble in a variety of roles, primarily supply chain management, where she applied expertise in people and process management to deliver financial objectives. Those skills have been applied at FTI Consulting to profitably grow Trial Services, comprised of jury research, graphics and trial technology consulting.
Ms. Haile has implemented robust project management processes and required disciplined adherence to ensure that client deliverables are on time and within budget. These processes are also responsible for insuring cash flow and risk management objectives are met on a reliable and sustainable basis.
She has also leveraged practice industry expertise and client relationships enabling Trial Services to grow direct corporate retentions to account for forty percent of revenue. Corporate relationships include high-tech manufacturing companies and five of the world’s largest name brand pharmaceutical manufacturing companies. Recruiting and people development skills have resulted in attracting exceptional talent, with an enviably high retention rate. That continuity of talented and committed professionals is the basis for Trial Services’ success.
