Scott Duval

Scott Duval has been supporting trial teams for over 25 years and has expertise in several areas including project management, presentation technology, remote virtual proceedings, multimedia production as well as graphic design.

With Mr. Duval’s experience in the litigation consulting field, he works closely with trial teams on a wide range of high-profile litigation. As a veteran in this field, he plays an integral role in the strategy of trial presentation, utilizing new litigation technologies and a proven methodology to ensure a compelling presentation for a successful outcome.

Mr. Duval has experience in venues across the country in arbitrations, both state and federal courts, the ITC and ICSID, as well as several international venues. He has supported projects ranging from mock exercises, mediations and hearings to arbitrations and trials lasting several months.

Over the years, Mr. Duval has consulted in the areas of entertainment, trade secret, first amendment, patent, bankruptcy, insurance, commercial, employment and construction. He has had the opportunity to assist organizations including AbbVie, Asarco, BP, Express Scripts, Fiat Chrysler, General Motors, Gillette, IBM, Sony, Staples, Sylvania, Universal Music Group, ViacomCBS, Wells Fargo, and Warner Chappell Music.

Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Mr. Duval has held several positions at TrialGraphix, including Vice President of Client Services, where he was responsible for the daily operations of the presentation technology department and oversaw all projects and department staff. Additionally, Mr. Duval spent time as director of operations for the Chicago office and as a workflow coordinator in the Miami office.
