Alisha Singh has broad delivery experience working closely with CFOs and controllers supporting them on major change events, including transactions and restructurings, accounting change, audit readiness, ESG reporting readiness with a finance lens and various technical accounting issues.

Alisha is a Certified Public Accountant and has more than 15 years of professional experience in Australia, the United States and India. Having worked across multiple countries and transactions with experience in IFRS and US GAAP, Alisha is well placed to advise clients on complex challenges throughout the transaction lifecycle.

Alisha brings practical and hands on experience in solving accounting and reporting issues while keeping in mind the commercial objectives.
