Eike Kraft

Eike Alexander Kraft is Head of Corporate Affairs, Defense & Security in the Strategic Communications & Change segment in Germany. Eike advises in strategic communications, crisis and transformation matters and supports companies with navigating the defense and security sector including corporate resilience, defense readiness and identifying new business opportunities. His portfolio includes integrated strategies for stakeholder intelligence and campaigns, positioning of brands and executives and reputation management, all at the crossroads of the market, media and politics. He also works on the transformation and future-ready setup of corporate affairs and communications teams.

Eike has more than 20 years of experience in senior communications, corporate affairs and marketing roles for global corporations and the military. He has a track record in transforming, (re)building and enabling global and diverse teams. Prior to joining FTI Consulting in 2023, he was Group Head of Employee Communications & Newsroom at Allianz SE. Prior to that, Eike held various positions at Accor and Roland Berger, most recently as Global Head of Marketing & Communications. He began his career as Public Affairs Officer for the German Air Force, where he worked at the interface between the Ministry of Defense, the defense industry and public and political stakeholders.

Eike holds an M.B.A. from Quadriga University Berlin and a diploma from the University of the Federal Armed Forces in Munich.
