Susanne Arndt

Susanne Arndt joined FTI Consulting after a 25-year career in various strategic communications consultancies. Susanne is an expert in change management and communication, leadership empowerment and organisational development. Her main areas of expertise are supporting companies in turnarounds, facilitating digital transformation, implementing “Future Ways of Working” and cultural change in organizations.

As a Senior Managing Director in the Düsseldorf office, Susanne advises clients on complex organizational and cultural transformations. She works at the intersection of strategy, HR and communications, in close collaboration with senior management and specialist departments.

Susanne has an M.A. in History, German and Media Studies, has held several teaching positions in strategic corporate communications and has published numerous articles and books on change communications.

• Experience in large M&A integration projects and complex PMO structures
• Broad range of restructuring processes: from site closures to downsizing; indepth knowledge of German co-determination structures

• Establishment of personnel departments, structuring of communication departments and implementation of skill management organizations
• Broad range of cultural change processes: the development and implementation of purpose, mission statement and values
