Rangika Iddamalgoda

Rangika Iddamalgoda is a Senior Director in the Valuations Advisory segment at FTI Consulting, with more than 16 years of experience in corporate finance, including business valuation and investment banking.

Rangika specialises in valuing businesses, equity, intangible assets, derivatives and debt matrix pricing, and is skilled in financial modelling.

Rangika joined FTI Consulting in June 2025 after working at other professional services firms, including two other Big accounting firms in Australia. Rangika has also worked in the unlisted asset valuations team at a major Australian superannuation fund.

Rangika has prepared numerous valuations and purchase price allocations for both listed and unlisted companies operating in various industries, including essential infrastructure asset ownership (toll roads, seaports, airports, telecom tower portfolios, renewable energy and electricity transmission companies), financial services, mining, food and beverage, manufacturing, property development, construction, healthcare services and tourism.
