Tracy Tyrrell Van Heer

Tracy Tyrrell Van Heer is a Director in FTI Consulting’s Technology segment. Tracy is a commercially focused leader with experience advising corporate clients and legal teams across legal technology and business strategy matters.

Tracy advises organisations on growth initiatives, client engagement and the adoption of technology solutions. She works closely with senior stakeholders to build strategic relationships, expand markets and deliver measurable business results.

Tracy’s focus areas include e-discovery, document review, anti-money laundering (‘AML’) and regulatory compliance and enterprise SaaS. She supports organisations in implementing technology-led solutions, optimising operations and strengthening compliance frameworks.

Tracy began her career in the legal sector within the family court system, gaining hands-on experience in legal processes, client management and complex human matters, which informs her practical and empathetic leadership.

Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Tracy held senior commercial leadership roles in the legal technology sector. She has also advised on venture capital strategy, deal sourcing and portfolio company development.
