Louis Madelin has more than 10 years of experience in Business Transformation and Working Capital Improvement. Louis has developed corporate transformation experience across a diverse array of clients and private equity firms in Europe, the Middle East, Africa and the United States. Mr. Madelin has focused his last five years on growing the Revenue Transformation practice with sector specialization in technology, software and telecom.
Over the last five years at FTI Consulting, Mr. Madelin has developed a deep expertise in all aspects of revenue growth, including but not limited to go-to-market (“GTM”) strategy, sales force effectiveness, pricing excellence, revenue operations and customer experience (success, support and services).
Mr. Madelin has completed multiple end-to-end GTM transformation projects for Fortune 2,000 companies, developing new customer segmentation, redefining coverage model and engagement model , re-designing sales comp plans, optimizing territory and account assignment, defining and distributing quotas, optimizing channel partner organizations, designing and implementing new customer success and support organizations and optimizing marketing effectiveness and demand generation.
Prior to his focus on commercial excellence topics, Mr. Madelin focused on operational and working capital improvement. He has led and supported more than 20 engagements in enterprise transformation and supply chain fields. The scope of these projects included organization design, operating model, sourcing and lean manufacturing. He is fluent in both French and English.
