Eike Kraft

Eike Kraft is a Managing Director in the Strategic Communications Consulting and Change segment of FTI Consulting in Germany. As Head of Corporate Affairs Germany, Mr. Kraft advises on issues at the interface between the market, politics, the media and the general public and helps ensure companies and their interests are heard by relevant stakeholders. His team's portfolio includes integrated strategies for stakeholder outreach and campaigns, positioning of brands and executives, reputation management and the transformation of marketing and communications units.

Mr. Kraft has more than 15 years of experience in senior communications and marketing roles for global corporations and public organizations. Prior to joining FTI Consulting in 2023, he was Group Head of Employee Communications & Newsroom at Allianz SE. Prior to that, Mr. Kraft held various positions at Accor and Roland Berger, most recently as Global Head of Marketing & Communications. He began his career as Public Affairs Officer for the German Air Force, where he worked at the intersection of the Ministry of Defense, the defence industry and public and political stakeholders.

In his previous roles, among other things, Mr. Kraft was responsible for the positioning of brands and executives, developing and leading crisis management and the transformation of the marketing and communications units. This also included the introduction of newsroom structures.

Mr. Kraft holds an M.B.A. from Quadriga University Berlin and a diploma from the University of the Federal Armed Forces in Munich.
