Jack Dunn has been president and chief executive officer of FTI Consulting since 1995 and a board director of the firm since 1992. Over that time, he has helped guide FTI Consulting from a small forensic consulting firm into one of the largest global business advisory firms with a range of services in corporate restructuring, turnaround, economics, forensic and litigation consulting, strategic communications, reputation management and other areas.
Experience
Mr. Dunn has been the lead architect of the firm’s growth from $11 million to $1.4 billion in annual revenues over the last two decades, maintaining a compound annual growth rate in excess of 30 percent and guiding a robust acquisition strategy, international expansion and organic growth.
Mr. Dunn joined FTI Consulting as chief financial officer following a 10-year career at the regional investment banking firm Legg Mason Wood Walker Inc., where he became head of the corporate finance group. Prior to his investment banking career, Mr. Dunn practiced corporate and securities law.
