Roger Carlile became chief financial officer of FTI Consulting in April 2011, a year after serving as chief administrative officer. He is responsible for all executive staff functions and works with the firm’s practice leaders to develop and execute acquisition and other growth strategies.
Experience
In his prior roles at FTI Consulting, Mr. Carlile had oversight of human resources, client relationship management, information technology, procurement, real estate and insurance. From November 2003 to January 2009, Mr. Carlile was a senior managing director and global leader of the Forensic and Litigation Consulting practice of FTI Consulting.
Before joining the firm, Mr. Carlile was the global and Americas leader of KPMG’s Forensic Services practice. He also has also held positions at PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Dispute Advisory and Corporate Recovery Services practice, Rauscher Pierce Refsnes and Deloitte Haskins & Sells.
Prior to focusing on forensic and litigation consulting services, Mr. Carlile conducted managed client relationships and oversaw practices across a broad range of professional services, including bankruptcy, investment banking (both public and corporate finance), valuation, due diligence, financial statement audits and forensic technology.
Mr. Carlile has worked in professional services for nearly 25 years, with responsibilities spanning local, regional, national and global clients and practices.
