About Alan
Alan Numsuwan is a member of the Office of the CFO Solutions practice where he advises on the needs of CFOs, finance department leaders and private equity/capital institutions. He also leads business development, operations and marketing for the practice. Mr. Numsuwan has 20 years of experience helping companies grow, improve operations and enhance profitability.
Mr. Numsuwan focuses on client relationship management and leads teams specializing in finance function improvement via assessments, transformations, and interim support. He has also advised on transactions, including public company readiness. His clients have included public and private companies in several industries, including media, utilities, business services, manufacturing and retail.
Mr. Numsuwan also leads business development and operations for the Office of the CFO Solutions practice where he is responsible for marketing and sales, customer success, and revenue operations. He has expertise across a variety of areas, including business growth, sales operations, client relationship management, business intelligence, and marketing.
Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Mr. Numsuwan was the Head of Marketing and Business Development for Booz Allen Hamilton’s commercial consulting business. He was also the Head of Marketing for Deloitte’s e-discovery business. Prior to Deloitte, he worked at NASDAQ-traded Arbinet, a provider of international telecommunications services.
Mr. Numsuwan leads the firm’s financial literacy initiative for high school and college students, and serves on committees for The Western Golf Association Evans Scholars Foundation and DREAM Charter School.
