Cleopatra Kitti is a Senior Advisor at FTI Consulting. She is a member of the Strategic Communications segment and is based in Brussels, the UAE and London. Cleopatra has 25 years of experience in cross-cultural, cross-border, complex assignments for multinational corporations and governments.
Cleopatra’s regional expertise is in the markets of Europe, the Middle East and Africa (specifically the Eastern Mediterranean), South East Europe and the European Union (EU) institutional capital, Brussels. She has lived and worked in six different European countries in the UAE and in Turkey over the last 18 years.
On sector specific experience, Cleopatra has worked for multinationals in Energy & Natural Resources, Healthcare & Life Sciences, Technology, Telecommunications and Industrials, Government, investments and partnerships. She also has extensive experience leading government-to-citizens initiatives.
Before joining FTI Consulting, Cleopatra served as regional director for EMEA and a member of the executive management committee at APCO Worldwide. Over her 13-year tenure there, she opened up markets for the firm and its clients in EMEA and led a nascent operation to growth by acquisition.
Prior to that time, Cleopatra worked for Hilton International, the Bank of Cyprus group, as well as ipr Profile, a consultancy she founded and led to support clients from Europe and domestic markets in the Levant and Cyprus.
As longtime supporter, Cleopatra is a member of the International Advisory Board of The International Crisis Group. She is also a member of the Institute of Directors, promoting ethical corporate governance; a member of the Arab International Women’s Forum, driving and promoting women's contribution to the economy, policy making and society.
