About Craig
Craig Cheng specializes in providing financial advisory services in engagements involving troubled situations, strategic evaluation and implementation, mergers and acquisitions and other corporate finance transactions. Mr. Cheng has close to 20 years of experience in corporate restructurings, encompassing a number of industries, including automotive, chemicals, consumer products, healthcare, oil and gas, metals, power projects, restaurants, technology and telecommunications.
Mr. Cheng has provided restructuring advisory, interim management and crisis management services in both in- and out-of-court settings. He has prepared valuation, solvency and damages analyses for expert witness services. He also has assisted financial sponsors, boards of directors, companies and creditors in developing, evaluating and executing strategic and financing alternatives. Mr. Cheng has crafted corporate business plans, offering memorandums and restructuring proposals. In addition, he has managed daily liquidity needs and implemented cost-cutting initiatives and operational improvements for companies; conducted operational and financial due diligence, including valuations, business plan reviews and debt capacity analyses; and communicated with and managed constituencies and related parties during the restructuring process.

Mr. Cheng joined FTI Consulting with its acquisition of CDG Group, where he was a Director. He started his career with CDG Group.
