Kerry Sporkin

Kerry Sporkin is a member of the Office of the CFO Solutions practice and specializes in corporate finance. Ms. Sporkin has over 15 years of experience working on strategic consulting engagements. She has extensive experience creating, managing and selling highly-profitable information services and advisory products.

Ms. Sporkin has spent the majority of her career working with finance leaders, including CFOs, corporate controllers and heads of financial planning and analysis for Fortune 500 companies on complex finance organizational initiatives, such as finance transformation, risk management, capital management, change management and talent development.

Ms. Sporkin’s experience ranges across a variety of functional areas, including finance, sales and marketing and human resources. She has led both the internal and external project teams on multiple engagements covering a wide range of services, including supporting a Fortune 100 software and computer hardware firm in their global strategic cost management initiative and conducting the Committee of Sponsoring Organizations of the Treadway Commission gap assessment and change management effort at Fortune 200 technology firm. She also advised a Fortune 100 automotive manufacturer in their global finance talent assessment and reorganization.

Ms. Sporkin has also been responsible for redesigning and implementing a customized management reporting model and delivery for the corporate controller of a Fortune 100 financial services firm. In addition, Ms. Sporkin was responsible for a full-scale finance transformation effort, from staff to IT systems for a Fortune 100 managed healthcare firm.

Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Ms. Sporkin spent 16 years with the Corporate Executive Board. She began her career with the firm in Sales and Client Service Management, moving to Global Finance Product Management and Advisory Services for the last eight years of her tenure. Ms. Sporkin’s clients included American Express, NCR, General Motors, Charles Schwab, WellPoint, International Paper, Microsoft, Medtronic, Freeport McMoran, Morgan Stanley and the ICE-NYSE.

Ms. Sporkin is an accomplished presenter on a variety of topics ranging from business transformation to organizational structures.
