Preeti Inchody is a Senior Director in the Corporate Finance & Restructuring segment of FTI Consulting and is based in Sydney, Australia.

Ms. Inchody has five years’ experience in corporate finance and more than ten years of commercial experience. Ms. Inchody’s corporate finance experience spans across transaction services and strategic finance engagements.

Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Ms. Inchody was with Nextec Strategic Capital, a boutique investment banking firm specialising in Merger & Acquisition (M&A) transactions. During this time, she managed M&A transactions and prepared companies ahead of a transaction by working closely with the Chief Executive Officers and Chief Financial Officers. Ms. Inchody specialises in mid-market transactions ranging from A$10 million to A$200 million. She has worked on both buy-side and sell-side opportunities and has experience across both lead advisory and transaction support functions.

Some recent engagements that Ms. Inchody has worked on include building the business case for National Farmer Federation’s proposed integration of farm organisations across Australia; strategic business reviews for equity holders; the interim management and trade sale of AMS Laboratories Pty Ltd to Eurofins Scientific SE; the trade sale of leading Australian online insurance broker Lifebroker to TAL, Australia – a Dai-ichi Life Company; and the trade sale of a leading Australian online electronic retailer TopBuy to ASX-listed Mnemon Ltd (now Grays Ecommerce Group).

Ms. Inchody’s portfolio of work extends across a broad range of industries, with special expertise in the technology, media, e-commerce, telecommunications and government sectors.

Ms.Inchody has an international background, having studied and worked in India, the U.S., Spain and Australia. Prior experience includes financial planning and analysis at one of India’s largest FMCGs during a turnaround period and financial services strategy and operations at one of the largest stock broking houses in India (an ex- Goldman Sachs Joint Venture).

Ms. Inchody is an M.B.A. (Honours) graduate with dual alumni status with IE Business School in Spain and S.C. Johnson Graduate School of Management, Cornell University in the U.S. She is also a Chartered Accountant from India.
