Will Inglis is a Senior Managing Director in the Economic Consulting segment of FTI Consulting. In this role, he leads the firm’s international arbitration service line in Asia, after having relocated from London to Singapore in 2015.
Mr. Inglis has undertaken engagements as an expert on accounting and financial matters for over 25 years. His experience encompasses complex valuations, quantification of loss, accounting policies and practices, sale and purchase, and other contractual matters and shareholder and insurance disputes.
He has given oral evidence before courts in England, the U.S. and Australia as well as before international and domestic arbitral tribunals and the United Nations Compensation Commission. He has also sat as an arbitrator and as an expert determiner.
Throughout his career, Mr. Inglis has represented governments, public sector bodies, corporations and individuals across a broad range of industrial and commercial sectors, including financial services, property and construction, manufacturing, natural resources, healthcare, telecoms and IT, leisure and transportation.
Mr. Inglis has also led financial investigations into cases of alleged financial irregularity, regulatory breach or accounting error across a wide range of industries and has given oral evidence in criminal proceedings.
Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Mr. Inglis spent 36 years with Deloitte in London where he was a partner in Deloitte’s Forensic and Dispute Consulting division since 1989.
Mr. Inglis holds a M.A. in Law from Cambridge University and is a chartered accountant.
