About Lucy
Lucy Delaney has 14 years of experience helping navigate businesses through significant change. Lucy is a changemaker who provides counsel to executive boards and senior leaders as they consider and implement change with a significant impact on their business and its people. She has extensive experience managing complex business situations, including divestments and carve-outs, restructuring, M&A, integrations and private equity buy-outs.
Lucy’s global experience spans consulting and industry, with expertise in organisational change, workforce strategy, change management and strategic communications. She has helped companies with operational turnarounds, business transformation strategy, crises and organisational design. In industry, Lucy has worked within tech start-up and Fortune 500 environments at the intersection of executive leadership, strategy office, HR and communications, serving HR leadership teams, the Office of the CEO and Chief of Staff roles.
Most recently, Lucy was Global HR Director at Verizon, leading the media business through a four-year turnaround responsible for workforce change and engagement. She also served as Head of Internal Communications at Farfetch, where she helped the executive team navigate the business to IPO.
