Jorge Martínez Seara

Jorge Martínez Seara has more than 25 years of experience in complex technical projects across different industries. At FTI Consulting, Jorge is a Senior Managing Director and leads the Advisory & Transformation team for the Construction, Projects and Assets practice in the Europe, Middle East and Africa (“EMEA”) region.

Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Jorge was Managing Director and Partner at Accenture, where he set up the Industry and Capital Projects practice and contributed to creating the Renewables Center of Excellence.

For most of Jorge’s professional career, he covered senior and executive roles in leading companies such as Renault Group, Alstom and General Electric, in a variety of areas, including research and development; full-cycle product development; project and business development; deal-structuring; risk management; planning and strategy; market expansion; and digital transformation. Additionally, Jorge has led several flagship transformation initiatives, including decarbonizing the steel sector, managing complex capital expenditures (“CapEx”) portfolios in the renewables sector and enabling new businesses, such as green hydrogen.

Jorge has worked internationally and is bilingual in French and Spanish and fluent in English.

• Designed and developed a full new vehicle platform in the automotive sector
• Structured and led complex international projects for wind turbine original equipment manufacturers (“OEMs”) in the renewables sector
