About Adam
Adam Saltzman provides strategic and financial solutions in both in- and out-of-court situations. Mr. Saltzman has worked across the healthcare, chemicals, entertainment, satellite, automotive, manufacturing and real estate industries. He has experience providing restructuring services, advising lenders and creditors of distressed companies and in performing interim management services.
Mr. Saltzman’s creditor advisory experience includes the preparation of creditor recovery analyses under various restructuring scenarios and the preparation of liquidation analyses, in the context of Chapter 11 cases. He has evaluated asset purchase agreements and proposals in complex section 363 sales. Additionally, he has performed operational and financial due diligence on behalf of creditors’ committees, reviewing budget-to-actual analyses, 13-week (and extended period) cash flow projections and valuation analyses.
Mr. Saltzman’s lender side experience consists of conducting business plan reviews and assessments on behalf of lenders. He has performed industry and company research and product specific analysis to scrutinize business forecasts and identify risks and opportunities. Mr. Saltzman has prepared sensitivity analysis, assessed debt capacity and liquidity, and evaluated strategic alternatives in connection with business unit sales.
Prior to FTI Consulting, Mr. Saltzman was an Assurance Manager at PwC in the Financial Services sector, serving several key clients in real estate and investment management.

- Served as financial advisor to the UCC for Cineworld Group plc; Corp Group Banking S.A.; Corp Group Banking S.A.; Intelsat, S.A.; Knotel, Inc.; PGX Holdings, Inc.; Robertshaw US Holding Corp.; Stanadyne LLC; Verity Health System of California; and Voyager Digital Holdings, Inc.
- Served as financial advisor to the multi-state governmental entities group Mallinckrodt plc
- Served as financial advisor to the lenders for Armstrong Flooring, Inc.
- Served as Chief Restructuring Officer (“CRO”) and financial advisor to the independent advisor to the Zohar Funds
- Served as financial advisor for Wells Fargo in connection with its senior secured loan to a $700 million chemical company
- Served as interim Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) for a global entertainment company’s U.S. TV production subsidiary
