Danielle L. Hain

Danielle Hain is Vice President of Executive Operations in the Corporate Finance segment and is based in New York. For more than ten years, Ms. Hain has specialized in providing restructuring services to creditors in Chapter 11 bankruptcies and out-of-court workouts.

Ms. Hain has served clients in a variety of industries with a primary focus on retail and consumer products, supermarkets, food service and manufacturing. Her responsibilities have included the preparation and review of business plans, financial projections and liquidation analyses; the assessment of asset disposition programs; the evaluation and negotiation of restructuring proposals, strategic alternatives, debtor-in-possession financing facilities, key employee retention and severance plans, and plans of reorganization; and the analysis of creditor claims and projected recoveries under various operating and restructuring scenarios.

Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Ms. Hain was a director at Giuliani Capital Advisors, formerly Ernst & Young Corporate Finance.

Ms. Hain holds a B.S. in accounting from the State University of New York at Binghamton. She is a certified public accountant and a certified insolvency and restructuring advisor. Ms. Hain previously held NASD registered licenses 7 and 63 from 2000 to 2005 with Ernst & Young Corporate Finance. Ms. Hain is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Association of Insolvency & Restructuring Advisors.
