About Eduardo
Eduardo Henriquez is a Senior Managing Director in the Forensic & Litigation Consulting segment at FTI Consulting. Eduardo is a diverse portfolio and project management expert with experience delivering capital and maintenance construction projects, advising on best practices and implementing cutting-edge technologies for clients based in the United States and Latin America, as well as in the Europe, Middle East and Africa (“EMEA”) and Asia Pacific (“APAC”) regions. He provides clients with insights and leading strategies for the implementation of technology-driven project delivery processes to enable the efficient and predictable delivery of construction project portfolios.
Eduardo is responsible for driving growth in management consulting, technology consulting and systems integration, with a specific focus on enabling technology for capital projects and operations. He provides leadership in the areas of project management and controls, as well as technology selection, implementation and adoption. In addition, Eduardo provides professional services related to business process improvement and organizational design to help clients successfully plan, manage and deliver large construction portfolios.
Eduardo has served in a variety of capacities to lead and support the delivery of large projects, programs and portfolios. His background in project delivery coupled with his experience in information technology has established him as a leader in enterprise transformation, where he has designed, built, implemented and configured a breadth of project portfolio management and controls technologies — including custom solutions and industry leaders such as Oracle Primavera and Hexagon PPM EcoSys.
Eduardo has served in a variety of capacities to lead and support the delivery of large projects, programs and portfolios in construction, as well as process and technology applications in support of these projects. His knowledge of project controls has allowed him to serve as the Project Management Systems Manager for a major oil and gas organization, where he was responsible for a large EcoSys engineering, procurement and construction (“EPC”) implementation, Primavera Unifier and Primavera P6 Applications.
With a background in management information systems, Eduardo has served a leadership role in the technology consulting sector, where he was responsible for a range of solutions, including TAR Estimator, multiple EPOCH Cost Management System Implementations and multiple implementations of EcoSys EPC and Primavera Unifier. By applying his breadth of experience, he has helped organizations minimize delays, maximize field productivity and improve the overall value of project portfolios. Eduardo speaks Spanish and English.
