Elizabeth Noble leads operations and strategic project management across FTI Technology’s AdTech Privacy, Risk & Governance offering. Ms. Noble is a strategic project manager responsible for overseeing large, multifaceted and fast-moving legal, regulatory and e-discovery engagements on behalf of corporate clients. With more than 20 years of experience in the legal industry, Ms. Noble heads planning, organizing, supervising, reporting and advising across workstreams of large and complex matters. Her expertise spans identification, data collection workstreams, processing, review, analytics technology and production protocols for domestic and cross-border litigations and investigations.
As an experienced strategic project and case manager with a high standard of quality control, Ms. Noble works closely with corporate clients and law firms to ensure cases run smoothly, objectives are met and risks are mitigated in the face of technical, logistic and other challenges. She drafts technology-assisted review protocols, navigates data privacy requirements and implements time and cost management efficiencies. In addition, Ms. Noble has developed complex data tracking reports to manage matters from collections through to production.
Amid the evolving complexities related to adtech litigation and proactive management of technologies, Ms. Noble advises clients and expert teams on novel collection and review workflows. She manages solutions across FTI Technology’s adtech offerings, focusing on delivering insights through robust, real-time tracking, scalable architecture and tailored workflows. She specializes in healthcare, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, finance, e-commerce, entertainment and technology industries.
Ms. Noble has managed many Hart-Scott-Rodino second request antitrust investigations, ensuring quality, accuracy and fulfilment of regulatory deadlines. She also has overseen dozens of international investigations and legal matters, including large-scale commercial litigation, product liability and patent cases.
Prior to joining FTI Technology, Ms. Noble spent nearly a decade at TrialGraphix, managing and coordinating demonstrative needs for ligation and technology in the courtroom.
