Enqing Wang

Enqing Wang is a Managing Director in the Business Transformation practice within the Corporate Finance & Restructuring segment and is based in Shanghai. Mr. Wang has more than 12 years of extensive experience in business transformation and change management, supporting both multinational corporations and leading domestic enterprises in China. His sector focus is primarily on consumer goods, where he helps organizations navigate complex operational and strategic challenges.

Mr. Wang has led major transformation initiatives across strategic growth planning and implementation, branding and channel strategy, digital transformation and M&A, delivering measurable business improvements for clients. He has worked closely with C-suite executives, addressing some of their most pressing and complex challenges while driving innovation and competitive advantage.

Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Mr. Wang held leadership roles at two prominent global consulting firms, where he was a core leader in the consumer goods practice for Greater China. He has been at the forefront of China’s evolving consumer market, regularly contributing insights through industry publications and thought leadership.
