Frank Qian

Frank Qian is a Managing Director in the Business Transformation practice within FTI Consulting’s Corporate Finance & Restructuring segment, based in Shanghai. Mr. Qian has more than 20 years of experience in corporate and management consulting. His expertise lies in business transformation, end-to-end supply chain integration and corporate-level digital transformation, with cross-industry insights in automotive, consumer goods, chemistry and healthcare, making him a trusted advisor for C-level clients.

Mr. Qian has successfully led and participated in many large-scale corporate operation transformation programs, delivering financial value. He has acted as a project leader and operations expert across various business functions, including manufacturing, logistics, purchasing, and quality, enabling him to assist clients in achieving turnarounds and realizing expected returns.

In addition to his operational expertise, Mr. Qian has extensive experience in digital transformation. He advises companies on defining digital strategies and blueprints for mid-long-term planning, helping them achieve more value through the convergence of business operations and digital technologies.

Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Frank worked as a digital advisor at Microsoft, supporting global automotive clients in their digital transformation journeys. He has also held senior roles at two leading global consulting firms and served as a supply chain manager at a Fortune 500 manufacturing company in Asia Pacific.
