Arnaud de Cheffontaines

Arnaud de Cheffontaines advises listed companies on all aspects of ESG, financial communications and investor relations in the Strategic Communications segment. He has extensive experience in special situations such as M&A, IPOs and exits. In addition, Arnaud has advised on several special situations, including activism defense, financial restructurings, and crisis.

Arnaud has more than twelve years of experience in the equity markets in London and Paris. His primary coverage was the European tech industry, but he also has extensive experience in the renewable energy sector. He has long-standing excellent relationships both with the buy-side, the sell-side and senior management at many companies.

Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Arnaud led Fortis’ equity brokerage team in Paris.

Arnaud holds a Masters Degree in Management and an M.Sc. in Finance Markets from the EDHEC Business School.
