Iain Reilly

Iain Reilly has more than 13 years’ experience in corporate finance, ranging from providing equity and debt investments to M&A advisory across both public and private markets in the UK.

Iain leads the M&A practice at FTI Consulting, advising corporates and private equity clients on a full range of M&A services, including sell-side, buy-side and strategic reviews.

Iain has an excellent track record of delivering complex, strategic transactions and building strong client and investor relationships in order to achieve the best outcomes. He is a highly skilled leader with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Additionally, Iain has extensive experience working across high-profile public market M&A in the retail sector, with a particular focus on e-commerce and healthcare.

Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Iain led the London special situations M&A team at PwC and was responsible for originating and executing complex, value-defensive M&A mandates.
