Yana Kamburova

Yana Kamburova is a Senior Managing Director and Africa leader of FTI Capital Advisors, the wholly-owned investment banking subsidiary of FTI Consulting. Ms. Kamburova has more than 15 years of mergers and acquisitions (“M&A”) experience in Africa, the Middle East and Asia.

Ms. Kamburova joined FTI Consulting with the firm’s acquisition of Delta Partners, a telecom, media and technology strategy consulting and investment banking boutique, where she worked on M&A mandates in Dubai. Prior to joining Delta Partners, she was with Goldman Sachs’ Alternative Investments team in London.

Ms. Kamburova holds a B.Sc., with honors, in Business Administration and an M.Sc. in Finance, both from Bocconi University in Italy. Additionally, she holds an M.Sc., with honors, in Business Administration from Rotterdam School of Management in the Netherlands.

Ms. Kamburova is a Bulgarian national and is fluent in English.
