Danny Loomans has nearly 10 years of transaction and business transformation experience. Mr. Loomans has led end-to-end programs, from assessment and diligence through integration, separation and transformation. His experience spans various industries, including telecom, media and technology (“TMT”), retail and consumer products, and logistics, advising both corporates and private-equity-backed companies.
Mr. Loomans has experience leading engagements with cross-functional teams throughout all milestones of a deal or transformation process. He has subject-matter expertise with commercial front-office functions, including sales, marketing and customer service, enabling him to develop solutions that maximize synergies, stakeholder outcomes and value creation.
Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Mr. Loomans was part of EY’s Customer practice, where he designed and led revenue strategy and transformation programs across the customer and lead-to-service lifecycle.

- Led merger integration from pre-sign through post-close transformation
- Led operating model design and business unit establishment
- Led commercial transformations, from assessment through execution and outcome tracking
