Eike Kraft

Eike Alexander Kraft is a Managing Director in the Strategic Communications Consulting and Change segment of FTI Consulting in Germany. As Head of Corporate Affairs, Eike advises on issues at the interface between the media, politics and the general public. His key expertise includes crafting and executing data intelligence-driven strategies for positioning brands, interests and executives across relevant stakeholders and platforms, reputation and crisis management, performance marketing communications and the transformation and future-ready setup of corporate affairs and communications teams.

Eike has more than 20 years of experience in senior communications, corporate affairs and marketing roles for global corporations and the military. He has a track record in transforming, (re)building and enabling global and diverse teams and advising on strategic communications, crisis and transformation matters. Prior to joining FTI Consulting in 2023, he was Group Head of Employee Communications & Newsroom at Allianz SE. Prior to that, Eike held various positions at Accor and Roland Berger, most recently as Global Head of Marketing & Communications. He began his career as Public Affairs Officer for the German Air Force, where he worked at the interface between the Ministry of Defense, the defense industry and public and political stakeholders.

Eike holds an M.B.A. from Quadriga University Berlin and a diploma from the University of the Federal Armed Forces in Munich.
