Raphaël Miolane

Mr. Miolane has more than 25 years of experience, specialized in transformation, turnaround and special situations. He has significant experience in Chief Transformation Officer, Chief Executive Officer, advisor and board roles, often in accelerated or distressed situations. Raphaël also leads the Office of the CFO Solutions Practice for France.

Mr. Miolane has significant experience in unlocking performance and growth, with his dual experience of management consulting and executive roles. He has worked on strategic projects, performance and value creation plans, operations and commercial turnarounds and organisation blueprints, including carve-out and digital transformation across Europe, Russia and North America.

After starting his career at Procter & Gamble in sales and marketing, Mr. Miolane joined the Boston Consulting Group, where he led numerous projects in the retail, food and telecom industries. He worked at Yum! Brands for nearly 10 years, serving in CFO and CEO positions at KFC and Pizza Hut. Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Raphael also held CEO mandates in the food services including Courtepaille, Le Duff Group and Subway.
