Tim Müller

Tim Müller has more than 12 years of experience in corporate restructuring. Tim’s professional focus lies on financial advisory roles, including the preparation of independent business reviews (“IBRs”), restructuring concepts, business planning and liquidity management, especially for complex international corporate structures.

Tim leads international project teams supporting companies and lenders facing challenging restructuring and refinancing situations. He prepared restructuring concepts and IBRs for numerous national and international clients in various industries and has led multidisciplinary teams on complex engagements. He has extensive experience on both the lender and company side involving negotiations with financial and legal advisors of other stakeholders.

Tim previously worked for a leading global auditing firm and in leveraged acquisition finance for a major German bank. Tim is a Chartered Financial Analyst and holds an LL.M. from Westfälische Wilhelms Universität Münster and a B.Sc. in Business Administration from the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management.
