Jasper Schrijver is a part of the global Aviation practice and leads the firm's European human capital offering. Jasper has more than 15 years of experience in human capital and transformation programmes within aviation and travel, and other labour-intensive businesses.
Jasper has shaped, led, and executed over three dozen strategy, organisational transformation and workforce excellence assignments for airlines, airports, private equity firms and other labour-intensive businesses on five different continents, with a focus on creating long-term sustainable value for his clients.
Jasper brings deep expertise in operating model design and implementation, workforce productivity and cost optimisation, union negotiations for collective labour agreements, merger and acquisition due diligence and turnaround planning.
Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Jasper was responsible for leading key elements of the transformation agenda at Swissport International, having a global footprint in 50 countries and with 45,000 employees. Prior to being in-house, he was a Managing Director at Accenture, leading the workforce excellence offering for Accenture’s Travel Practice, and a Vice President at Seabury Group.
Relevant Experience:
- Restructured and transformed (unionised) labour of a number of travel businesses on the verge of insolvency and/or distress, realising annual labour savings ranging from 10% to 30%
- (Re)designed operating models and organisational structures, ensuring alignment with their business strategy and making them “fit-for-future”
- Conducted talent assessments of senior leadership teams, and provided coaching to participants
