Ramón Baeza

Ramón Baeza has more than 30 years of experience in management consulting, covering strategy, innovation, transformations and turnarounds. Ramón also has deep expertise in energy, technology and climate and sustainability.

Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Ramón worked at BCG as the global leader of the Disruption and Reinvention business, where he was a member of the Energy and Technology practices.

Throughout his career, Ramón has designed successful strategies for major energy companies across Europe and Latin America. He has also worked in many full transformation projects and has launched new business lines for his clients.

Relevant Experience:

• Led new business creation for a regional consortium to take advantage of Next Gen Funds, including new sustainable businesses, data centers and new fuels
• Provided innovation strategy for a major global energy player
• Created innovation sprints to capture new customers for leading multinational corporations
• Oversaw a European war gas game for a major worldwide player
• Led the renegotiation of long-term contracts for a global utility
