- Experts helped set up a Legal Entity in France, coordinating with local legal counsel, identifying the appropriate legal form considering tax needs of sponsors, preparing articles of incorporation, and registering the company
- Our team provided a comprehensive overview of different taxes applicable in France and set up a relationship with a local accounting service provider to manage day-to-day financial and tax reporting
- Our professionals reviewed key employment obligations and rules in France, built a model to illustrate the cost of employees from gross compensation to net salary, including social charges and tax on salary and presented quick ramp-up solutions such as employing temporary workers, discussing the pros and cons, and assisting with negotiating relationships with key providers
