Relevant Experience:
- Developed an order-to-cash optimization solution to include training, material construction, enterprise resource planning (“ERP”) tracking and relevant processes; provided 25% increases in EBITDA in a testing and inspection company’s customers
- Negotiated a new battery purchase contract for a residential solar company in breach of a legacy agreement to realign with updated demand and models for more than $200 million in product over a multiyear period
- Constructed a business plan and identified contract pricing realization adjustments for a commercial solar EPC company; then negotiated an amendment to its term loan agreement and subsequent follow-on funding by the client’s private equity sponsor
- Identified an Eagle Ford exploration and production (“E&P”) company’s inability to avoid performance triggers in its asset-backed securitization; advised the asset-backed security’s largest investor in Chapter 11, enabling the investor to secure access to the debtor’s assets and paving the way for a new operator to develop a profitable return for the client
- Renegotiated the offtake agreement for an Appalachian E&P client, followed by a successful amendment by the client’s term lender and investment by its private equity sponsor; led to the avoidance of a bankruptcy filing and a nearly 1,000% increase in asset production
