Florence Hugenholtz

Florence Hugenholtz is a Managing Director on the Cybersecurity & Data Privacy Communications team and is based in New York. Ms. Hugenholtz has 10 years of experience managing large and complex crisis mandates for clients, particularly in the cybersecurity space, where she coordinates and advises on the 360-stakeholder response for organizations suffering cybersecurity incidents.

In addition to managing live crises and incidents, Ms. Hugenholtz advises organizations on crisis preparedness, including in the development of crisis response materials and the hosting of trainings and exercises. The clients she advises vary in industry and sector and range from large, multinational stock market-listed businesses to smaller organizations.

Prior to joining FTI Consulting in New York, Ms. Hugenholtz set up and led the firm’s Crisis Communications practice in Brussels, where she advised clients on their live response to crises and helped organizations prepare for issues and incidents.

Ms. Hugenholtz is a Dutch national and speaks fluent English, Dutch and French.
