Jeffrey Isler

Jeff Isler is Global Lead of Graphics for the Trial & Arbitration Support practice and has been helping both attorneys and corporate clients to present more persuasive arguments for more than 40 years. Mr. Isler guides all aspects of the practice, directing graphics and technology for trials and arbitrations. His experience helps make client communications more persuasive, anticipating and avoiding potential issues and ensuring that clients are able to control their budgets.

Mr. Isler has helped many of the nation’s most accomplished litigators tell their stories. Building on his experience in trial services, Mr. Isler has expanded his focus to address a broad range of applications including regulatory responses and appeals for investment capital —delivering solutions across platforms and media types.

Prior to joining FTI Consulting in 2014, Mr. Isler was president and senior consultant at Infographics for more than 35 years. Over his career, he’s worked with legal teams from such firms as Ballard Spahr; Covington & Burling; Debevoise & Plimpton; Morgan Lewis & Bockius, Proskauer Rose, Shook, Hardy & Bacon; Weil Gotshal & Manges; White & Case; Willkie Farr & Gallagher; and WilmerHale. His representations have included work on behalf of AT&T, Bank of America, BASF, Bombardier, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Canon, Hospira, GE, Goldman Sachs, GSK, Heidelberg, Hermés, Lucent, Microsoft, Morgan Stanley, Novo Nordisk, Novartis, Pfizer, Philips, Procter & Gamble, Revlon, Shire, Sony, Syngenta and Verizon.

Having begun his career in patent litigation, Mr. Isler has helped make critical presentations on a wide range of subjects, including biotechnology, chemicals & materials, data compression, computer software and hardware, electronics, pharmaceuticals, medical devices and telecommunications networks.

Mr. Isler also creates presentations supporting practices that include antitrust, domestic and international arbitration, insurance and reinsurance, products liability, securities and other forms of complex commercial litigation. He has long experience supporting both trial and pre-trial arguments, including summary judgment arguments, claim construction and Daubert hearings and mediated settlement negotiations.
