Jon Ringler

Jon Ringler is responsible for establishing, leading and maintaining the information security, risk and compliance vision, strategy and management system within FTI Technology to ensure assets and technologies are protected globally. Mr. Ringler brings more than 20 years of leadership and technical experience, specializing in cybersecurity.

Mr. Ringler primarily focuses on securing data, technologies and infrastructure by developing policies, processes, standards and guidelines across the enterprise. He works to oversee and improve FTI Technology’s information security management system across multiple data centers and geographic locations while simultaneously addressing potential risks within the environment. He also plays an integral role in supporting security within FTI Technology’s artificial intelligence solutions and related technology infrastructure.

Mr. Ringler’s work includes designing solutions that best utilize people, processes and technology. He creates policies, enforces change control and monitors systems for continuous information security and privacy resilience. His success in managing risk and governance programs spans project management, security architecture, cybersecurity resilience, compliance programs and network penetration testing, as well as secure software design and development, systems engineering, application penetration testing and cloud technologies.

Prior to joining FTI Technology, Mr. Ringler worked for companies and organizations within several verticals, such as legal services, healthcare, financial services, government and education. He has experience managing large, globally disperse organizations specializing in security, risk, compliance and governance.
